Overview of Photovoltaic Panel Physical Recycling Technology
The physical recycling method mainly separates materials through mechanical decomposition to avoid environmental pollution caused by chemical treatment. The typical recycling process includes three stages:
1. Pretreatment stage
Frame removal: Use hydraulic shears to remove aluminum frames
Laminate crushing: Use a double-axis shredder to crush the components into 5-10cm fragments
Electrostatic sorting: Use electrode difference to separate glass and backplane material
2. Core material separation
Vibration screening: According to particle size classification, 30 mesh screen can separate more than 90% of EVA film
Airflow sorting: Recover silicon particles by specific gravity difference method
Eddy current sorting: Extract metal components such as copper wires
3. Material purification
Use photoelectric sorting machine to purify silicon materials for secondary purification, and use near-infrared sensors to identify the purity of silicon wafers, and finally obtain recycled silicon materials with a purity of more than 99.7%.
