Technical introduction: The pretreatment process of waste lithium-ion batteries mainly includes the following steps: After the recycled waste batteries are discharged, they are crushed, magnetically separated, air-sorted, crushed, re-selected, and screened by mechanical equipment to effectively separate the powder on the positive and negative electrodes from the copper and aluminum foils, and the batteries are treated as valuable materials.

Crusher: crushes the lithium battery into smaller pieces.

Hammer crusher: performs secondary crushing on the crushed materials.

Grinding machine: grinds the crushed materials.

Sorting machine: sorts the ground materials.

Collector: collects and releases dust.

Pulse purifier (air purifier): removes all dust generated during the operation of the entire system.

Grading screen: screens the materials sorted by the sorting machine to screen out larger metal substances.

Magnetic separator: separates nickel from metal.

Gravity concentrator: separates the fine materials obtained by the screening machine and completely separates the metal.

High-pressure fan: puts the entire system in a negative pressure state to collect materials and purify the air.

The final products include black blocks, aluminum particles, copper particles, plastics, steel shells and separator plastics, etc.
